Order Confirmation & Shipping:

• Orders are shipped on the same day once confirmed.

• No changes or modifications to products are allowed after the order is confirmed.

Order Pickup Policy:

• Partial pickups are not allowed.

• In case the order is not received and is refused, the full shipping cost must be paid to the courier.

Exchange & Return Policy:

You may exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The original invoice is presented.

• The product is in its original condition with the tag attached.

• Exchanges and returns can only be made through the store branch.

• Accessories, underwear, evening wear, and swimwear are not eligible for exchange or return.

• Trying on accessories, evening wear, swimwear, or underwear is not allowed.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Cairo and Giza: 3 to 5 business days

• Other governorates: Within 1 week

• Upper Egypt governorates: Within 10 business days
